Make a Tribute Donation
Making a gift in honor and/or memory of a friend of loved one is a wonderful way to recognize the extraordinary people in your life, or to commemorate a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary.
When you make a tribute gift, we will acknowledge your gift with a tax-deductible receipt and will also send a note to the person you are recognizing or the person or family member of the person you are honoring or memorializing to let them know about your kindness. Gifts of all sizes are appreciated; we will not share the size of any gift with the individual or family members of the individual being memorialized or honored.
Tribute gifts can be made in a variety of ways:

You can make a secure gift online and include the name of the person you wish to memorialize or honor as well as the contact information for anyone you wish us to notify of your gift.
Mail
You can print a Tribute Form here and send it by mail or email.

You can make a secure gift by phone by calling the Foundation office during regular business hours at (406) 682-6641.
Create a Legacy Gift
Legacy giving is one of the strongest ways to maximize your impact.
Making a planned gift is a wonderful way to show your support and appreciation for the Madison Valley Medical Center while accommodating your own personal, financial, estate-planning and philanthropic goals. Thoughtful planning can maximize your estate and can reduce the tax burden on your heirs and leaves a lasting legacy for healthcare in our community.
We are here to help educate you, your family, and your advisers on a variety of gift vehicles and can connect you with resources to help you meet your financial needs and charitable goals.

Naming the Foundation in your estate plan (will or trust)
Naming the Foundation as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy or a retirement plan

Maximize Your Gift with an Employer Match
Did you know that your donation to the Madison Valley Medical Center Foundation may be matched dollar-for-dollar? Your employer may multiply your donation's impact.
Many employers have matching gift programs and will match tax-deductible charitable contributions made by their employees, retirees and employees' spouses. If you donate $100, for example, your employer may contribute an additional $50 (50% match), $100 (100% match) or even $200 (200% match).
To find out if your employer offers this incentive, please call the human resources department. Request a matching gift form, complete the employee portion of the form, and mail the form to the Madison Valley Medical Center Foundation with your gift. You may also want to ask your employer to start one.
